Have you tried this new and cool AI assistant called ‘NotebookLM’ by Google? A blogger friend suggested it and I have had a good time working with it 🙂

NotebookLM is powered by Gemini2.0. This AI assistant summarizes all the data sources you give it and draws correlation between them and presents it to you. In addition, it can also create a study guide from our posts, a quiz from the summary and also generate a timeline of our posts. We can also ask questions to the AI assistant about the summary document and it will generate responses even citing the date of the posts!!

All you have to do this upload any of your data sources like blog links, Youtube videos, Google docs or slides and NotebookLM summarizes all the details and also draws parallels between them.

It can also create an audio conversation of the summary of the file created. Would you like to see the audio file of the summary of my blog created by NotebookLM?

Isn’t it cool? 🙂 Two individuals are actually discussing the posts on my blog and reacting to it. I really loved it.

I have also tried asking a question about a post on my blog like this:

How does the author describe ‘Shift Left Privacy’?

It responds this way:

The author, Jayanthi, discusses the concept of ‘Shift Left Privacy’ in a blog post dated April 23, 2024. This post is presented as a follow-up to a previous discussion on ‘Shift Left Security’.

According to the author, privacy principles should not stand alone at the end of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Instead, privacy needs to be incorporated early on in the development process, just like security with ‘Shift Left Security’. The post title itself, “‘Shift Left Privacy'”, suggests this proactive integration of privacy considerations from the beginning.

I was totally blown away by this AI assistant. Would you also try it? Then, head over to:

https://notebooklm.google and work with it!

Just imagine creating a study guide for your posts and an FAQ as well… 🙂

Note: As always do not upload any personal or sensitive information to any AI tools or AI assistants(even though NotebookLM states that they do not use your data to train their models)

This post is for BlogchatterA2Z 2025!
